Celebrating Diversity in Bristol

If you are out and about in the community with a smartphone we can all become amateur film makers. This year I have been lucky to unintentionally arrive right next to 3 different marches taking place.

If you are culturally aware you may recognise this one was the Sikh community celebrating a unique anniversary of the founder of their faith Guru Nanak. The procession involved many ages including dance, music and celebratory dress attire. 🙂 and of course chocolates for public transport users waiting nearby.

I give the Bristol Sikh community my respect by choosing to include them in my documentary making on my YouTube to showcase their diversity and the attitude of friendship in which the march was held.
